Warm, connected, and true-to-life imagery.
After a successful brand launch, Carelon recognized the need to have a library of proprietary images that covered the wide spectrum of care they cover. With business units in behavioral health, complex and cancer care, pharmacy, palliative care and more, the need for a cohesive set of brand imagery was necessary. We knew that finding stock imagery that was niche yet matching in style would become difficult over time.
Working closely with our clients and agency team, we identified the types of imagery needed. Together, we chose everything from locations to talent, wardrobe and more. Our photographer, Pat Molnar, and his team were instrumental in understanding and making our vision come to life.
Over four days in Atlanta, we shot 21 different scenarios that captured not only what Carelon does, but also their brand expression: warm, connected, and true to life. As these images begin to be rolled out across their different business units, we see the story of Carelon being told in a unified way. A story that puts people first, enhancing healthcare experiences and providing connected care.
