When Johnson Matthey Health sold off their health business to Altaris Capital Partners, a new brand needed to be formed and introduced to the market. StoneArch worked closely with the Altaris team to create Veranova, a CDMO that manages complexity with confidence. Their vision was to be the leading development, manufacturing and commercialization partner for pharma and biotech customers.
After an initial client business immersion and branding workshop, StoneArch presented several brand moodboards to the client that would establish the company as a unique and competitive leader in the CDMO space. Each concept was bold, scientific, professional and approachable, achieving all of the attributes Veranova wanted to known for.
Veranova chose to go bold in their brand identity, leaning into black and vibrant purple, something that hadn't been done by any of their competitors. They chose a unique font and photo style that were very ownable but still spoke to the expertise they wanted to convey. The result is a brand that is individualistic, trusted and recognizable in their market.
